Mack grew up in a small town in Connecticut, where he spent much of his time exploring the outdoors and helping his parents in the garden. His early connection to nature inspired him to pursue an education in organic farming. Through his work and studies, Mack had the opportunity to travel internationally, gaining hands-on experience across a wide variety of farms and environments.
Mack joined Di Stefano’s installation team in 2024, bringing more than 10 years of field and management experience. As a Lead Hand, he played a key role in several large residential and commercial projects, most notably helping lead the paver installation on Burlington’s Main Street in 2025.
In 2026, Mack transitioned into the role of Assistant Project Manager, where he is excited to apply his practical, on-the-ground experience to project planning and coordination.
Outside of work, Mack enjoys spending time with his wife, biking, skiing, and tackling home projects.
